Our Policies

  • Please provide us with 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. Clients who notify us less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total amount of the service.

  • We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early prior to your appointment. Please notify us if you are running late. If you arrive LESS than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened in order to avoid delays for the following appointments & will still be charged at full value. If you are late MORE than 15 minutes, it will be considered as a NO SHOW and you will be charged 90% of the total amount of the service. We are aware that circumstances may arise, but please understand as a small business every minute is valuable.

  • Anyone who does not show up for their appointment or give proper notice will be charged 90% of the total amount of booked service.

  • A credit card is required to be able to book your appointment. Booking fee is $50 and will go towards the total amount of your service. It is NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred ONCE if the guest notifies us of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the original reservation. The transfer must be used within 3 months.
